We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to be as flexible and supportive as possible while respecting everyone’s time.
Cancellations
Please notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. If you need to cancel or have questions, contact the scheduling assistant by email or phone.
Exceptions
Emergency Situations
We recognize that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an unexpected situation—such as illness or a family emergency—please contact the scheduling assistant as soon as possible. Each situation will be reviewed individually, and exceptions may be made when appropriate.
Technical Issues
If technical difficulties prevent you from attending a session, please report the issue immediately. In such cases, the session may be rescheduled.

If you need to reschedule a session, we encourage working together to find a mutually convenient new time.

Changes to Session Details
Occasionally, session details such as time, date, location, or format may need to be adjusted. Participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to:
- Accept the updated session details, or
- Participate in a future session at another date and time
The peer support group reserves the right to make these changes with prior notice.
